A gentle exfoliating toner that balances oil-moisture levels, refines texture, and soothes skin. Contains 42.6% mung bean seed extract and PHA (polyhydroxy acid) to help lightly exfoliate without irritation. Lightweight, watery texture; low pH formula that’s suitable for oily, acne-prone, or sensitive skin.
